ADVENTURE PROGRAMS & ACTIVITIES

SENZA LIMITI ADVENTURES® programs and activities (hiking, kayaking, biking, mountaineering, ecc.) mostly take place in remote areas where urban areas might be far away.

Regular programs:
These programs are settled in advance and may hire this services independently each persons.

Tailor made & Private Adventure Tours:
These programs are exclusively designed to match the wishes and budget of a person and or specific group (program may vary in activities, duration, lodging and meals category, etc.) It is an exclusive service where may participate just the members of the hiring group. We offer all our professional expertise in Active vacations, adventure tours or Special interest, such us: Friend meeting, Corporate retreats, Family trips, Anniversaries, Incentive tours.

DATES

Fixed dates
Fix dates are those that are settled well in advance and do not change. The programs and adventure trips are booked in advance and the activities take place in the scheduled dates. These dates are scheduled according to the best season for each outdoor activity.

Variable dates
These dates are set according to the demand. Might be or not booked in advance. Nevertheless might be subject to special booking terms.

BOOKING & PAYMENT METHODS

Booking & reservation:
A booking it is effective once you have made a Deposit Subject to availability.
We required a Deposit of 30% of the Total amount of Trip Cost.

Full balance payment:
The balance of your payment is due (70%) 60 days prior to departure or trip starting date. If you book within this time period you must pay the full balance at booking. This is called “Last minute Reservation”.
Administrative expenses: consist of the amount of U$S 100 per person for expenses incurred in the organization, planning and management of the trip/ expedition in regular services, and the amount of $ 200 per person in private tour services. This amount is taken into account as money paid for the reservation payment and the total payment.

Payment Methods:
We accept Credit Card Payment (VISA) or Wire transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations by the Client
These are the percentages of money reimbursements the clients are eligible to based on the cancellation dates. Cancellations must be written, signed and sent by fax or email to the offices of SENZA LIMITI ADVENTURES® with acknowledges receipt from it.

Special cases:
If the participant can not take part of the Adventure trip or hired services due to for reasons of force majeure, unusual or unforeseen circumstances (accident, serious illness, death in the immediate family or a similar catastrophe), the trip, excursion, kayak trip, expedition, guided ascent or program may be transfer to another person or may exchange to a different scheduled date or may be exchanged for another trip with same or higher cost (if the cost is higher than paid, the client has to pay the difference in costs)

Cancellations by SENZA LIMITI ADVENTURES

1- Minimum number of passengers (MIN PAX).
It is the minimum number of people required to carry out the tour, trip, ascent or expedition. In the case the minimum number of people cannot be reached SENZA LIMITI ADVENTURES® may cancel the tour/trip by giving prior written notice to the passenger/ agency no later than 30 days before the tour departure date.

In such a case:

a) SENZA LIMITI ADVENTURES® will fully refund any moneys paid by each client. In these cases the client has no right to claim more than the payment that has done to SENZA LIMITI ADVENTURES®. The eventual cancellation due to smaller group size than set does not give the client any right to claim any extra refund for any kind of cost that the client may have due to the cancellation.

b) Nevertheless the adventure trip, bike tour, kayak expedition, guided ascent, hut-to-hut trekking or service may not be canceled although the group size is smaller than minimum, if the group participants agree to pay an extra cost to cover the settled minimum group size expenses.

2-Weather conditions:
SENZA LIMITI ADVENTURES® reserves the right to make a major change in the trip. If the major change is made due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances no compensation is payable. SENZA LIMITI ADVENTURES® may alter or modify the trip at any time. Once the trip begins, there will be no refund for unused services even if SENZA LIMITI ADVENTURES®, in its judgment, finds it necessary to alter or modify the scope of the trip due to intervening events. It is understood that the route, schedules, itinerary, amenities and mode of transport may be subject to alteration without prior notice due to local circumstances or events.
During or prior to departure the climate conditions (heavy rain, hard winds, snow storms, floods, muddy terrain due to rains, etc.) may force to alter or cancel the trip at the sole group guide decision, in this case may:

a) Propose an alternative to meet the group expectations
b) Cancel totally or partially the itinerary.
c) Postpone the trip waiting better weather conditions, subject to availability.

In all these cases no money refund will be made

3- Force Majeure:
Cancellation in cases of force majeure, ‘force majeure’ means a circumstance beyond the reasonable control of SENZA LIMITI ADVENTURES® and includes, but is no limited to (political demonstrations, terrorist activity, nuclear disasters war, military clashes, social demonstration, strikes, cancellation or reschedule of: flights, land, sea or lake transport, earthquakes, natural disasters, volcanic eruptions and/or ashes, fires, environmental disasters, avalanches). These are cases beyond the control of SENZA LIMITI ADVENTURES®, who may cancel the tour at any time and refund the amount received up to that moment, except “Administrative Expenses”.
SENZA LIMITI ADVENTURES® will not be liable for any additional cost incurred by you (accommodation expenses, maintenance, transport or any other expenses emerging from delays in transport departures or returns due to adverse weather conditions, technical conditions, strikes or any other force majeure event).

4- Rescue evacuation:
If a rescue evacuation is needed during the trip/adventure journey (Kayak trip, mountaineering expedition or excursion due to accident, illness, death, climate conditions, natural disaster or any other unforeseen circumstances) the expenses for the evacuation and any other special service will be paid by each client.

WE SUGGEST YOU CONTRACT TRAVEL INSURANCE AND POLICIES WHICH INCLUDE CANCELLATION. SENZA LIMITI ADVENTURES® is not liable for the expenses incurred in the cancellation of a trip, tour or expedition.

SENZA LIMITI ADVENTURES® is not responsible for the loss, robbery or theft, partial o total breaking of personal objects (photo cameras, video recorders, lenses, watches, money, valuable objects, garments, etc.)

SENZA LIMITI ADVENTURES® is free to take pictures, videos and to use them for advertise and promotion

EQUIPMENT

it’s all the equipment (group, individual, safety, technical, specific, etc.) needed during the outdoor activity program and adventure trip. These equipment may be provided by SENZA LIMITI ADVENTURES® (most of the group and technical equipment such as: Kayaks, life vest, paddles, etc.), or must be provided by the client such as: personal clothing, sleeping bags, therm-a-rest, backpack, ecc.

Group equipment:
Is all the equipment provided as part of the activity or to be used for the comfort of the whole group. Ex. Bike, helmet, life vest, tents, cookware, tarps, ecc.

Personal gear:
Is all the individual equipment used only by each client. Previous to the trip we provide through e-mail each client with a necessary equipment list for each trip. Please contact us for any query about this subject.
All personal equipment is transported by each person. For an extra charge we can offer you a porters service, please ask us about availability of this service for each specific trip.

Meals:
Eating healthy and varied meals is very important for us. That’s why we serve high-quality meals, developing a truly eating experience in every activity. We use the freshest home-made ingredients available, and we offer excellent Argentine wines and typical meals, reflecting the best aspect of the region. If you have any special diet or eating restrictions, just let us know in advance and we will accommodate your needs the best we can.

Equipment and food transport:
During trekking or mountaineering expeditions, all the food, box lunches, group equipment can be divided and individually separated, so each participant transport part of the communal load in its own backpack or similar. If you want (when ever it is available) you may hire porter service. Please contact us about this option.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

In each program, excursion, kayak trip, mountaineering expedition or journey that you hire it is stated what it is included and what it is not included in our services. Usually we include (if not stated otherwise):

Included:
- Specialized bilingual (English-spanish)guide for each activity.
- Private transfers
- Specific personal (technical) equipment (some activities do not include)
- Group equipment: kayaks, bikes, helmets, life vest, tents, camping stoves, etc.
- Meals (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, lunch box)
- Non alcoholic beverages and/or some alcoholic drink during dinner (noted)
- Exceptionally we include welcome or Celebration dinners.

Not included:
- Domestics and / or international flights
- Transfers not mentioned in the tour
- Some lunches and or dinners in cities or detailed in the program.
- Alcoholic beverages and beverage do not stated in the program as included.
- Tips.
