Terms and conditions

Programs and activities

SENZA LIMITI programs and activities mostly take place in wildlife rich places and rough areas where urban areas might be far away. All SENZA LIMITI® programs, trips and activities may be:

Open programs:
This programs are settled in advance and may hire this services independently each persons.

Tailor - made programs:
This programs are exclusively designed to match the wishes and budget of a person and or specific group (program may vary in activities, duration, lodging and meals category, etc.) It is an exclusive service where may participate just the members of the hiring group. We offer all our professional expertise in outdoor activities to specific training groups, companies, schools, institutions, hotels, cabins, lodges, etc.


Dates

Fixed dates
Fix dates are those that are settled well in advance and do not change. The programs and excursions are hired in advance and the activities take place in the scheduled dates. These dates are scheduled according to the best season for each outdoor activity.

Variable dates
This dates are set according to the demand. Might be or not hired in advance. Nevertheless might be subject to special booking terms.


Booking, booking downpayment and canceling policy:

Booking & reservation:
A booking it is effective once you have made a 30% downpayment Subject to availability.

Full balance payment:
You must pay the full balance (70%) 60 days prior to departure or trip starting date. If you book within this time period you must pay the full balance at booking.

Means of payment:
Cash or bank draft (transfer) to our account.

Cancellations:
Refund scale
100% more than 2 months prior to departure
80 % between 59 and 46 days prior to departure
50 % between 19 and 10 days prior to departure
0 % less than 10 days prior to departure
Once the trip, program or excursion has started there is no refund.

Special cases:
If the participant can not take part of the trip or hired services due to for reasons of force majeure, unusual or unforeseen circumstances (accident, serious illness, death in the immediate family or a similar catastrophe), the trip, excursion, cruise, expedition, outdoor activity program may be transfer to another person or may exchange to a different scheduled date or may be exchanged for another trip with same or higher cost (if the cost is higher than paid, the client has to pay the difference in costs)


Special circumstances:

1- Minimum group size (MIN PAX).
In each trip, excursion, expedition, program or service there is a minimum group size set. In those cases that the group size is smaller that the originally set, SENZA LIMITI®, may cancel the service 5 days prior to departure.
If SENZA LIMITI cancels the trip:
a) SENZA LIMITI will fully refund any moneys paid by each client. In these cases the client have no right to claim more than the payment that has done to SENZA LIMITI. The eventual cancellation due to smaller group size than set does not give the client any right to claim any extra refund for any kind of cost that the client may have due to the cancellation.

b) Nevertheless the trip, cruise, excursion, program, expedition or service may not be canceled although the group size is smaller than minimum if the group participants agree to pay an extra cost to cover the settled minimum group size expenses.


2-Weather conditions:
SENZA LIMITI reserves the right to make a major change in the trip. If the major change is made due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances no compensation is payable. SENZA LIMITI may alter or modify the trip at any time. Once the trip begins, there will be no refund for unused services even if SENZA LIMITI, in its judgment, finds it necessary to alter or modify the scope of the trip due to intervening events. It is understood that the route, schedules, itinerary, amenities and mode of transport may be subject to alteration without prior notice due to local circumstances or events.
During or prior to departure the climate conditions (heavy rain, wild winds, snow storms, floods, muddy terrain due to rains, etc.) may force to alter or cancel the trip at the sole group guide decision, in this case may:

a) Present an alternative to meet the groups expectations
b) Cancel totally or partially the itinerary.
c) Postpone the trip waiting better weather conditions, subject to availability.
In all these cases no money refund will be made

3- Rescue evacuation:
If a rescue evacuation is needed during the trip,cruise, expedition or excursion due to accident, illness, death, climate conditions, natural disaster or any other unforeseen circumstances, the expenses for the evacuation and any other special service will be paid by each client.


Equipment

Is all the equipment (group, individual, safety, technical, specific, etc.) needed during the outdoor activity program and trip. These equipment may be provided by SENZA LIMITI (most of the group and technical equipment such as: Kayaks, lifevest, paddles, etc. ), or must be provided by the client such as: clothing, sleeping bags, therma rest, etc.

Group equipment:
Is all the equipment provided as part of the activity or to be used for the comfort of the whole group.

Personal equipment:
Is all the individual equipment used only by each client. Previous to the trip we provide through e-mail each client with a suggested equipment list for each trip. Please contact us for any query about this subject.
All personal equipment is transported by each person. For an extra charge we can offer you a porters service, please ask us about availability of this service for each specific trip.


Lodging:
According to the hired service and our philosophy of outdoor activities and adventure lodging might be in: tents, hostels, inns, cabins, mountain huts with or without restroom, hotels from * to ***** and ranches (estancias).

In all the lodging options there might be availability for single occupancy at extra charge, in most cases is in shared rooms.


Meals:
All the meals offer by SENZA LIMITI during its program may be of different types, according to the category of hired services, places where is prepared and served, weather conditions, available time, etc.

For example: For daily excursion to wildlife areas with no food service available (Trekking, mtb we offer: Box/Lunch, non alcoholic beverages, tea, coffee, desert, cereal bars, candies, etc.

Where there are food services available such as mountain huts or where SENZA LIMITI can provide cooked meals, there will be abundant food and caloric, nutritive complete meals prepared by the group.

Equipment and food transport:
All the food, box lunches, group equipment can be divided and individually separated so each participant transport part of the communal load in its own backpack or similar. If you want (when ever it is available) you may hire a porters service. Please contact us about this option.


Season

Each trip, cruise, expedition or excursion is available at the best season for each activity.


What it is included?

In each program, excursion, trip, expedition or cruise that you hire it is stated what it is included and what it is not included in our services. Usually we include (if not stated otherwise):

Included:
- Specialized guide for each activity.
- Transfer (IN / OUT) service from starting point to the place where the activity begins.
- Specific personal (technical) equipment (some activities do not include)
- Group equipment: tents, camping stoves, etc.
- Meals (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, lunch box) beverages specifically stated in each program. Exceptionally will include welcome or farewell dinner / lunch.

Not included:
- Inland and / or international flights
- Transfers not stated in the program
- Lunches and or dinners in cities or in personal days, detailed in the program. In this way you can more freely enjoy your free day.
- Alcoholic beverages and beverage do not stated in the program as included.
