 Safety first
In the mountains ,in the lakes, at a bike tour or anywhere that we develop our activities our guides and staff members have handy VHF units or / and mobile phones even on some trips we carry satellite phones, we always carry with us a first aid kit. Prior to starting any trip or tour each participant is filed in about the activity, taught about the technical and rules to follow when on tour and takes responsibility for any risk that outdoor activities imply.
 Group Size & Guides
We work with small group sizes with excellent ratios Guide: clients is our preferred choice. Usually from 6 to 10/12 people, nevertheless it is common to have trips for couples or 4 persons. Depending on the program and the outdoors we keep a ration of 1:4/6 persons for kayaking tours (double kayaks), 1:6/8 for easy hiking 1:2/4 for more technical mountain terrain, and 1:6/10 for mountain biking tours. Our staff members have all the required qualification credentials and permits updated for each activity they guide.
 Vehicles & support
Our company has its own two wheels drive vehicles as well as 4WD and trailers for all the logistics needed to carry on the offered trips as well as the clients transfer services. This fact allow us to be always on the right spot to assist our clients efficiently during the journey. Far often we use horses, porters or support ships for our expeditions logistics.
 Remote places
We prefer seldom used trails and itineraries on wild untamed areas of Northern Patagonia for our active tourism programs, places where usually mass tourism does not go. But we have also available itineraries and expeditions that go to more visited areas because the views, geography, cultural or historical sites make then interesting and worth to visit as well as for logistic reasons we have to stop by.
 Meals
We develop varied and excellent menus for each activity. The lunch boxes are nutritionally balanced for each activity as well as tasty, hygienically home made for mountain activities, or on lunches by the beach on our kayaking tours or outdoor lunches on our biking tours. Vegetarian or special diet menus are not a inconvenience as long as you require it in advance, before starting the trip. Welcome or farewell dinners with wine or beer tasting are usual on our programs.
 Equipment & Gear
We have excellent high quality gear and equipment for group or individual technical and active tourism activities. We keep our equipment optimally maintained and clean. It is replaced when the life cycle ends or they do not offer the required comfort or safety.
 Camp & lodging
Depending on the activity or expedition/tour we choose optimal and allowed camping areas, near water streams or lakes if possible. We also choose if available organized camp sites and or mountain hut with hot water baths or showers which are great for relaxing and revitalizing during or after a journey.
We use modern tents for 2/3 persons or we include cozy Hotels/inns lodging with high cleaning standards. In any case we may individually cater lodging options according to your preferences and needs.
 Responsible tourism
Natural environment protection (flora, fauna and landscape) local communities benefits (economical and social) preserving natural resources, minimizing pollution (waste and sounds) and special care and respect to local cultures are all part of our company philosophy and policy.
